Systems Transformation Action Team 

A steering committee of 40 stakeholders was initially created to ensure an inclusive and comprehensive process for strategic planning, implementation and evaluation of grant activities. These participants represented consumers, state agencies and provider groups who are involved with programs and services serving elders and people with disabilities. In January 2007, the steering committee was replaced by a smaller Systems Transformation Action Team (STAT), representing all stakeholders in an effort to increase efficiency and communication. The STAT meets quarterly to discuss grant progress and issues. For a list of the STAT members, click here.
