Diversion Subcommittee

The purpose of the Diversion Subcommittee is to develop alternative financing and diversion options to promote community living.

• Develop more effective payment methodologies to promote nursing facility diversion and transition from institutions back to community settings

• Promote community living options by targeting persons with disabilities of all ages with high service needs and high cost services in order to more effectively manage the delivery of long-term supports
