Grant Management Team:
The Grant Management Team consists of the Co-Principal Investigators: Dee O’Connor (UMMS/CHPR), Laurie Burgess (EOHHS/Office of Disability Policies and Programs), and Ruth Palombo (EOEA) along with the Valerie Konar (Project Director). Other project staff include Heather Hudson (Research Coordinator), Wendy Trafton (Project Associate), Heather Johnson (Quality Consultant and goal lead), Denise Deschamps (Housing Consultant and goal lead), Eliza Lake (Diversion Consultant and goal lead), Aaron Kingson (Project Associate), Rich Feola (Administrative Assistant).
